HAPPY EASTER

Bob had a great Easter week-end; spent lots of time outside in the beautiful weather.

Here he is waiting for the Easter bunny to arrive. He got a stuffed squirrel for Easter but unfortunately I didn't get a picture of it.....because it didn't last long, but it was fun while it lasted.

What not to wear...especially for Easter.

Okay, to protect this person, I've cropped her head off. Definately a case of What Not To Wear....dark socks and sandals (especially your husband's sandals) are a definite NO!

What a gorgeous week-end. I got my front and backyard raked and the garden tidied up. I think it's the earliest I've ever had all the yard work done. Beautiful temperatures in the 70's and sunny all three days. I had a helper (Madi) come over and offer to sweep up the "rocks" off my front steps; which were the sand that we put on the steps in the winter to prevent slipping. She worked very hard and it only cost me a lollipop. Smart kid, she asks for the brush and bucket every time she comes over now to sweep some more. Good thing I went to the bulk store and stocked up on lollipops. Her big sister came over and kept Bob company while Madi and I worked.

Madi came over on Easter Sunday to get her Easter presents....she loves ladybugs and I found a beautiful pop-up ladybug book...and a box of chocolates in a ladybug box.

After a long Easter week-end...Bob is very tired. Hope you had a good Easter.

Party Time

Not long after Logan left, all returned to normal in the backyard, although the squirrels were a bit more cautious just in case the big red beast returned.

Logan Goes Home

Logan's Mom came to take him home and he was really happy to see her; but I'm sure he was sad to leave Bob. Bob wants to know if he and Logan can SKYPE each other?

One More Sleep

After a busy morning of chasing squirrels, Bob and Logan take one last nap together before Logan's Mom came to take him home. They've had a great 2 weeks together and Bob is going to miss having his buddy around.

Play time...

Logan and Bob had lots of fun together. Logan would run from living room to kitchen and back again with his favourite toy and Bob would "run" after him. This is Logan peeking around the corner to see where Bob is.

Kitchen Helpers.

Can you tell I'm in the kitchen making dinner? (Under supervision of course.)

You turn your back...

You turn your back for one second and a squirrel tries to sneak into the yard!

Squirrel Alert

Here's Logan on squirrel duty again. If you look really hard, there's a grey one in the tree, just above the light that is to the left of the small pine tree; it looks like they're staring each other down.

Fun with Bob and Logan

When he's not outside taking care of the squirrel population, Logan likes to be inside playing with Bob and all his toys.

Canada Wins Gold in Hockey Against U.S. In Overtime

Pizza night

Bob and Logan help me eat my pizza.

Bob and Logan play in the snow - Feb. 26

Fri., Feb. 26 MORE SNOW!

It snowed all night and this was what waited in the driveway at 6:00 in the morning. Bob and Logan supervised my shovelling from the front door.

Snow....Again!

I had already taken Logan for his walk when I thought about taking pictures of him in the snow, but he was so wet I decided to wait until tomorrow and get some pictures before he rolls in the white stuff (he just loves to do that). So, here's some pictures of Belleville Bob enjoying his walk in the fresh snow.

Waiting for Bob's Dad

Logan and Bob wait at the door when Bob's Dad is coming home from work. Tails wag wildly, and lots of whining when he pulls in the driveway. Everyone gets a glove to play with when he comes in.

Logan shares his toy...and has a nap

Logan gave up squirrel hunting and took a well deserved nap (upside down) while Bob helped himself to one of Logan's toys. They're very good at sharing with each other.

Squirrel Hunting

As much as he tries, Logan can't quite catch those squirrels. He finally gave up and knocked on the door to come in. He wasn't inside one minute and the squirrels were back!
